What happened to Campus Connect at UTPB?
The Fall 2015 semester is the beginning of a new electronic era for UTPB students. A new student portal, My.UTPB.edu will be replacing Campus Connect.
How do I access the portal? How can I view my bill?

What is a FalconID?
This is a 10 digit number called your FalconID.
How do I get a new Student ID? How do I do that?
- Go to the Police Department Lobby, Mesa Building, Devonian Area, Room MB 1240.
- Provide a government issued ID. Provide complete tuition bill via electronic device or printed statement.
- Have your photo taken.
- Once the information above is provided, you will receive your ID.
How do I get my parking permit?
- Click here and fill out the information requested on the parking permit form.
- Bring a printed copy of your request and copy of complete tuition bill via electronic device or printed statement.
How do I get a meal plan?
Accounting has contract forms in their lobby area. Please fill out and sign and turn into the Accounting cashier’s. Please remember after the 12th class day no changes can be made to meal plans.
How can I get a book voucher?
Go to the Bookstore which will give you a form. Bring Student ID.
How can you prepare yourself for registration?
Students must see an academic advisor in order to register. Students who may not have an academic advisor or do not know who it is should contact the Academic Advising Office.
When will I know how much I owe?
Review your bill weekly up to the 12th class day. If you are on a program check to see if it goes with the program guidelines. Know your program guidelines and whom is in charge of that program.
Does UTPB have a payment plan?
Yes you can get a payment plan at https://signup.mypaymentplan.com/signup/T1pp?coll=utpb
When do I have to have my bill paid before I get dropped?
The 12thclass day. All student accounts must be paid in full, on a payment plan.
I have a balance of a Summer semester. Will this hold up my Fall refund?
Yes, you must take care of your balance of previous semester before a refund check can be mailed out. If a student has a past balance the refund will be held and the student will be required to sign over the refund to cover the past balance before a new check will be re-issued and released.
